Gardiennage ends on Alkira
Posted on 11 May 2013
After a long winter and a busy schedule of works on SV Alkira, a Najad 441, the owners are back from oversea's and are about to start Alkira's next adventure by sailing down to the Med! Here she is sat waiting to drop her mooring, just the victuals to go!
Alkira has been a pleasure to care for, overseeing toe rail repairs, electronic installations, new rigging and more whilst we lovingly cleaned, waxed and antifouled her. Here are a few words from the owner:
"Your confidence and reliability, together with your broad range of knowledge and skills have been invaluable. Your care and attention to detail have been of the highest standards and no task seems to have been too big or too small. It's been extremely reassuring to us in knowing someone as capable as yourself was looking after our boat and we can't thank you enough for what you have done. Knowing you have been available at all times during a hard winter, has been most reassuring." Mr & Mrs Bevis
